How do I link and top up my card?
Please follow the procedures listed below:
  • Please get acquainted with our Tariffs.
  • Please get acquainted with the list of the required documents.
  • Before applying for the card please upload the requested documents to the Verification Centre.
  • Submit your application – from the list of the available cards select WM Any Cards.
  • Fill in all the fields, confirm your application, and pay for verification.
  • Verification payment of 10 USD will be made once your application is submitted. This amount will be added to your card within 2-4 business days. If your card currency is different from USD, the bank will convert the amount back to the equivalent in the local currency where your account is held.
  • In the payment details of the first verification payment you will find a verification code. Please note that you can retrieve payment details in different ways depending on the services your bank provides (e.g. sms notification, internet banking). Anyway payment details (and a verification code) will be available in a monthly bank statement.
  • A verification code should be entered on our web-site in the Transactions menu. When this is completed your card will become linked to your WM purse and you will be able to load funds onto it. Also your card will appear in your WebMoney Keeper and you will be able to top-up your card from your Keeper.
When my payment will be placed in my card account? What is a business/banking day? What bank will make a payment?
If you make replenishment (pay an invoice or check payment) before 10-11 am (Moscow time) this payment will be added to your card within 2 days (in case there are no weekends or public holydays in between). Business/banking day is considered every official working day of a bank. However in a case there are weekends or public holidays between two working days, the quantity of stated business days will be increased by the number of these non-working days. Your bank will receive this payment through internal Visa/Mastercard billing system from one of the European correspondent bank.
I can not find my verification code. What do I do?
Request payment details for the verification payment of 10 USD added to your card account from your Bank. Even though this payment is made within internal Visa/MasterCard billing system and not like a general bank payment, your bank still should be able to provide you with this payment details. Please note that sometimes small banks issue cards together with bigger banks and may not have a direct access to the Visa/MasterCard system, but even in this case they still can request this information from their partners. So don’t hesitate and stand fast.
Why is the verification payment I received different from the stated 10 USD (or any other amount in USD, different from the estimated amount)?
The payment always is processed in USD and in exact amount in accordance with yours application. But some banks issue cards with the numbers which are identified in a different currency (not USD). That causes additional conversions even if card's account is nominated in USD. We recommend you to contact your bank and make sure that your card’s currency is USD and that no additional conversions and fees will be applied.
